For Waffle "Fries"

  • ½ package Kellogg's® Eggo® Buttermilk Waffles (5 Waffles), cut into 1-in sticks
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Land O'Lakes® Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh Italian parsley, for garnish

For the Creamy Dip

  • 4 ounces Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 green onions, dark green parts minced, divided; white and light green parts reserved for another use or discarded
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh Italian parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Place frozen cut waffles on lined sheet pan.
  2. Stir minced garlic and garlic powder into melted butter.
  3. Pour butter over waffles and toss until evenly coated. Organize waffles into single layer.
  4. Bake until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. Flip halfway through.
  5. Plate and garnish with parsley.

For the Creamy Dip

  1. Whisk together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt until smooth in a bowl.
  2. Add in herbs, paprika, and salt. Stir together and serve with your “fries.”
