Recipe Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce block Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 everything bagels, split and toasted
Recipe Directions
- Chop cream cheese, red onion, salmon, dill, capers and chives together on cutting board.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bottom half of each bagel. Top with bagel top half. Slice and serve.
