Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and shredded cucumber
- 1 1/2 cups Daisy® Sour Cream Creamy Ranch Dip
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Recipe Directions
- Place peeled and shredded cucumber in double-layered paper towels. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
- Mix with ranch dip, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and fresh dill in a small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate dip until ready to use (may be refrigerated up to 3-4 days). Serve with your favorite dippers.
