Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled and shredded cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy® Sour Cream Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Recipe Directions

  1. Place peeled and shredded cucumber in double-layered paper towels. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
  2. Mix with ranch dip, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and fresh dill in a small bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate dip until ready to use (may be refrigerated up to 3-4 days). Serve with your favorite dippers.
