- 3 cups So Delicious® Key Lime Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 lime, zested and juiced, plus additional lime zest and lime wedges, for garnish
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup roughly crushed dairy-free vanilla wafer cookies
- Coconut whipped topping, for serving
Recipe Directions
- Whisk yogurt, coconut cream, lime zest, lime juice and agave in large bowl.
- Churn yogurt base in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Approximately 1 minute before ice cream is finished churning, sprinkle in crushed cookies.
- Transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and chill in the freezer for at least 4 to 5 hours, until set.
- Divide ice cream among serving bowls and top with coconut topping and additional lime zest. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
