Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 package White Castle Original Sliders
  • 1 package White Castle Chicken Breast Sliders
  • 1/2 white onion, thinly slices
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2-3 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions

  1. Thinly slice a white onion, coat with flour, and fry until golden brown at 350°F.
  2. Remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to soak excess oil. Sprinkle with salt while the onions are still hot.
  3. Make a sauce by combining ¼ cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of relish, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Follow the instructions on the package to heat the sliders in the microwave. Then add sauce and crispy onions.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
