Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (18-ounce) box InnovAsian Crispy Honey Chicken
- 1 head romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 2 small carrots, cut into 1/8-inch matchsticks
- 1 cup canned Mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup crunchy chow mein noodles
- 1/4 cup sesame dressing
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place sauce pouch from orange chicken box in bowl of warm water to thaw.
- Place crispy chicken in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until fully heated through, about 17 to 19 minutes. Drizzle honey sauce over chicken and bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until hot. (Crispy Honey Chicken may also be prepared in an air fryer according to package instructions.)
- In a large serving bowl, toss lettuce, cabbage, carrots, oranges, green onions, noodles and dressing until coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Top with chicken, and garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions. Serve and enjoy.
