- 1 cup Galbani Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt + pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Confit garlic
- Roasted grapes (salt + pepper, thyme)
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Focaccia bread for dipping
- Blend ricotta, olive oil, and a teaspoon of salt and pepper in a food processor.
- Once the whipped ricotta is complete, add to a bowl and top with confit garlic and roasted grapes. Serve with sliced focaccia bread for dipping and enjoy!
