Recipe Ingredients
- 1 16 oz box of pasta
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp salted butter (or butter alternative)
- 1 1/2 cups nutpods Half & Half Alternative
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (or alternative)
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
Recipe Directions
- Cook pasta all the way through, drain, and set aside.
- Mince garlic.
- Place pan on stovetop. Add butter (can use butter alternative) and minced garlic.
- Once garlic is slightly browned, add flour and stir together.
- Add nutpods Half & Half Alternative to pan. Let this simmer while you grate parmesan.
- Once mixture is warm (but not to the point of boiling), add in parmesan and stir until melted (this should melt fairly quickly), then add salt and pepper.
- While pan simmers, chop fresh parsley. Add and stir into mixture.
- Finally, add the already-cooked pasta into the mixture and allow to sit and soak up the cream for 3 minutes, while stovetop stays on low-heat. Serve and enjoy.
