Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 large scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 Cup Daisy® Cottage Cheese
  • 2-4 Tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • Whipped topping, for garnish
  • 1/2 3.5 ounce bar dark chocolate bar, shaved, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine ice cream, cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds, adding more milk, as needed, until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour milkshake into 2 chilled glasses.
  3. Top with whipped topping. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve.
