Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 large baguette or rustic loaf
  • 8 Tbsp. Land O' Lakes butter
  • 3 Tbsp. miso paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut slits into the loaf to create pockets for the filling and set aside.
  3. Melt the butter, miso and garlic together in a small bowl in the microwave.
  4. Pour filling into all the slits in the bread followed by the Parmesan being sure to get into all the grooves and all over the top.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese has melted and bread is crisp and golden.
  6. Pull apart to serve and enjoy
