- 36 wonton wrappers, cut into 3-in. squares
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 (3/4-oz.) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American Cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Heat oven to 375F.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
Spray mini-muffin pan cups with no-stick cooking spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup. Bake 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely; remove from pan.
Cook ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat; stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain, if necessary.
Stir in pickles, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Spoon meat mixture evenly into each wonton cup. Top each with chopped lettuce, sauce and sesame seed. Serve immediately.
