Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 bag frozen vegan meat crumbles
  • 1/2 chopped white onion
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 13 oz. bottled bulgogi sauce
  • Butter lettuce

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat your oil in a skillet over medium high heat and add your vegan meat crumbles. While that cooks, dice your onion and pepper.
  2. Add onion, pepper and carrot shreds to the pan. Top with premade bulgogi sauce, mix and bring to a simmer.
  3. Once simmering, turn the heat down low and continue stirring until the sauce thickens. While your bulgogi mixture cooks, wash and prep your lettuce to form cups.
  4. Top each lettuce cup with the bulgogi mixture and enjoy.
