Recipe Ingredients
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 (12-ounce) bags Simek’s® Angus Beef Meatballs
- 1 1/2 cups Buffalo sauce
- 11 (6-inch) sub rolls, split and toasted
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese, for garnish, optional
Recipe Directions
- Combine celery, green onions and blue cheese dressing in medium bowl and toss to combine. Set aside.
- Combine meatballs and Buffalo sauce in a large Dutch-oven over medium heat. Simmer for 15 to 16 minutes, until fully heated through.
- Divide meatballs with Buffalo sauce between each roll. Top with celery mixture and garnish with blue cheese. Serve and enjoy.
Make in a slow-cooker. Simply combine meatballs and Buffalo sauce in a large slow-cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours, until meatballs are fully heated through.
