Recipe Ingredients
- 24 Grown in Idaho® Super Crispy Tots
- 12 slices bacon, halved widthwise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and a wire rack. Wrap each tot tightly with 1/2 slice of bacon.
- Place bacon-wrapped tots, seam-side-down, in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until bacon is golden-brown and tots are crisp, about 18 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chipotle, herbs, vinegar and garlic in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with tots and enjoy.
