Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla protein Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries or peeled and chopped kiwis
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, fruit and honey in food processor. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among disposable popsicle bags and seal.
  3. Store refrigerated for up to 4 days, or freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until solid, to create frozen yogurt tubes. Serve and enjoy.
