Recipe Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup plain quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Chobani® 20G Protein Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine almond flour, oats, yogurt, almond butter, flaxseeds, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until a stiff dough forms, adding more almond flour, as needed, if the dough is too wet. Add chocolate chips, and mix to combine.
  2. Portion dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
