Recipe Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup plain quick oats
- 1/2 cup Chobani® 20G Protein Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Recipe Directions
- Combine almond flour, oats, yogurt, almond butter, flaxseeds, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until a stiff dough forms, adding more almond flour, as needed, if the dough is too wet. Add chocolate chips, and mix to combine.
- Portion dough into 2-tablespoon-sized balls. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
