Recipe Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Land O’Lakes® Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 slices Land O’Lakes® White American Cheese
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 teaspoons hot honey
Recipe Directions
- Coat one side of each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 2 slices of bread, buttered-side-down, in the hot skillet. Top each slice of bread with half of the cheese and prosciutto. Drizzle evenly with hot honey and top with a second slice of bread, buttered-side-up. Cook on each side until golden-brown, about 3 minutes per side. Slice and serve.
