Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tubes Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice mix, divided
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Cooking spray

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix white sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix together in small bowl.
  3. Cut each cinnamon bun into quarters and toss with cinnamon sugar, and set aside.
  4. In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat, add brown sugar, and stir. Let it simmer and "fluff up" for about 2 minutes, then carefully stir in the remaining pumpkin spice mix.
  5. Meanwhile, spray 8 individual 3” ramekins with nonstick spray and evenly distribute the biscuit pieces. Then pour brown sugar butter mixture over the top.
  6. Place the ramekins on a lined baking sheet and bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Once ready, the tops will be golden brown and sauce will be bubbling along the sides.
  7. Remove them from the oven and let cool. Top with pumpkin spice cheesecake ice cream, if desired.
