Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 Lender’s Plain Bagels
  • 1/2 pound deli-sliced oven-roasted turkey
  • 1 small red apple, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 8 slices yellow cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Top the bottom half of each bagel evenly with turkey, apple slices, cheddar, bacon, thyme and then the top half of each bagel.
  2. Wrap each sandwich with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place sandwiches on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted and sandwiches are hot, about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
