Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (26-ounce) bag FarmRich Homestyle Meatballs Made with Beef, Pork & Chicken
- 2 (12-each) packs Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Hawaiian barbecue sauce
- 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained and patted dry
Recipe Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake, flipping meatballs halfway through, until fully heated through, about 28 to 29 minutes.
- Meanwhile, keeping the rolls connected, cut holes in the tops of each roll, removing enough bread to create space for the meatballs.
- Brush insides of rolls with butter. Bake until lightly toasted, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of cheese into each roll. Place a meatball into each roll and brush with about 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Sprinkle tops of rolls with remaining cheese. Transfer to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 7 minutes. Top each roll with a pineapple chunk. Serve and enjoy.
