Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (26-ounce) bag FarmRich Homestyle Meatballs Made with Beef, Pork & Chicken
  • 2 (12-each) packs Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Hawaiian barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, drained and patted dry

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange meatballs in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake, flipping meatballs halfway through, until fully heated through, about 28 to 29 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, keeping the rolls connected, cut holes in the tops of each roll, removing enough bread to create space for the meatballs.
  3. Brush insides of rolls with butter. Bake until lightly toasted, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. Spoon roughly 1 tablespoon of cheese into each roll. Place a meatball into each roll and brush with about 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Sprinkle tops of rolls with remaining cheese. Transfer to oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 7 minutes. Top each roll with a pineapple chunk. Serve and enjoy.
