Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 cups So Delicious® Key Lime Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced, plus additional lime zest and lime wedges, for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 cup roughly crushed dairy-free vanilla wafer cookies
  • Coconut whipped topping, for serving

Recipe Directions

  1. Whisk yogurt, coconut cream, lime zest, lime juice and agave in large bowl.
  2. Churn yogurt base in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Approximately 1 minute before ice cream is finished churning, sprinkle in crushed cookies.
  3. Transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and chill in the freezer for at least 4 to 5 hours, until set.
  4. Divide ice cream among serving bowls and top with coconut topping and additional lime zest. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
