Recipe Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) block Desi Naturalâ„¢ Whole Milk Paneer, cut into 1-inch long strips
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (1/4-inch) knob ginger, minced
- 3-4 dried Thai chilies
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 each small red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
Recipe Directions
- Toss paneer and cornstarch together in large bowl until coated.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add paneer and cook, flipping occasionally, until golden-brown on all sides, about 7 to 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate and set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in the same wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add green onions, garlic, ginger and chilies and cook, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Return paneer to pan.
- Stir in sriracha, soy sauce and ketchup, and cook until sauce thickens and vegetables are coated, about 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with additional green onions and serve.
