Recipe Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat milk and spices together over medium heat. Stir continuously until mixture reaches 140 °F. Remove from heat; stir in honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Carefully pour hot mixture through a mesh strainer into two 8-ounce mugs, dividing equally. Top each latte with 2-ounces frothed milk. Serve immediately.
