Recipe Ingredients


  • 1 (10-ounce) package Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Sweet Peas
  • 2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions

  1. Start by blanching the sweet peas for 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Drain and transfer them into a bowl. Mash the sweet peas using a fork.
  2. Boil potatoes in salt water until soft. Drain and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes, onion, feta cheese, herbs, egg, and seasoning into the same bowl as sweet peas. Using your hand or a potato masher combine the mixture well. Make 4” diameter patties and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, in a bowl combine all ingredients for the sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Spray some olive oil over the patties and air fry them for 15 minutes @ 375F.
  6. Serve on toasted buns with creamy yogurt sauce, tomato, onion and arugula.
  7. Enjoy!
