Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 French loaf
  • 1/3 c. apricot jam
  • 1/4 lb. deli baked ham, very thinly sliced
  • 2 fresh apricots, sliced
  • 1 c. Daisy® Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Recipe Directions

Slice the French loaf into 24 slices. Place the cut side up on a serving plate. Spread each slice lightly with jam. Divide the ham evenly onto each slice of roll, pleating to fit. Top each roll with two slices of fresh apricot. 

In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese and crystallized ginger. spoon a scant tablespoon on each appetizer. Top each with a few chives.
