- 1 (20-oz.) box Jose Ole® Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos, prepared according to package directions
- 2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup canned whole-kernel corn, drained
- 1/3 cup each: diced tomatoes and sliced black olives
- Salsa Ranch Dressing
- For each sunflower salad, arrange on a plate, 5 to 6 Jose Ole® Mini Tacos in a circle (tips touching) to form the petals of a sunflower.
- For the center of the flower, place a 1/2 cup lettuce topped with corn, diced tomatoes and olives.
- Serve this sunflower salad with salsa ranch dressing or your favorite dressing.
