Recipe Ingredients

  • 12oz Water
  • .5 oz Yeast
  • 20 oz “Double-O” Flour
  • 1 ¾ tsp Salt
  • ¾ tsp Sugar
  • 1 oz Olive oil
  • 1oz Oven roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp  Basil
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic

Recipe Directions

  • 1. Combine all dry ingredients
  • 2. Add to wet to dry, mix approximately 8 minutes
  • 3. Remove, let proof until doubled in size in greased bowl
  • 4. Once proofed, slightly roll out and spread on a greased baking sheet
  • 5. Punch holes in dough, brush with olive oil, add herbs or salt
  • 6. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 17 to 27 minutes, until just golden. Remove from baking sheet, and cool on rack.
