Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 ea. Plum tomatoes
  • 12 oz. bag of cooked Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.
  • 6 TBS. of shredded Parmesan cheese.

Recipe Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Cook a bag of Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic, according to directions.
  • Cut plum tomatoes and in half lengthwise. Trim bottom of halved tomatoes so they do not roll. Spoon out pulp of the tomatoes.
  • Fill up tomato halves with Green Giant® Riced Veggies with Lemon & Garlic.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 6-8 minutes until the tomato is heated through.
  • Serve. (Drizzle with olive oil) Optional
