- 1 1/2 c. Daisy® Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 c. white grape juice
- 10 oz. package frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, partially thawed
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Blend the cottage cheese, juice, strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor, scraping the bowl occasionally, until blended. Scoop about 1/2 c. of the cottage cheese mixture into 8 popsicle molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air pockets. Freeze the molds for at least 2 hours or until frozen. *Optional: paper cups and popsicle sticks can be used instead of a popsicle mold.
