Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz.) box InnovAsian General Tso’s Chicken

For the dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

For the wraps

  • 4 cups broccoli slaw
  • 4 medium-sized flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1 large, ripe avocado

Recipe Directions

  1. Cook the chicken using your method of choice according to package directions. Be sure to toss the cooked chicken with the included sauce packet.
  2. To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise, honey, rice wine vinegar, Dijon and sesame oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the broccoli slaw in a large mixing bowl. Add the dressing and toss until well combined.
  4. To assemble the wraps, lay the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the broccoli slaw evenly among the tortillas. Top with a sprinkling of chow mein noodles, for crunch, and slices of avocado, for creaminess. Place a layer of the crispy chicken on top. Roll the tortillas up tightly, cut each wrap in half and serve.
