Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag Pictsweet Farms® Steam'ables Farm Favorites Spring Vegetables
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (24 oz.) bag Ling Ling Potstickers
  • Salt and white pepper
  • A drizzle of sesame oil
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • A side of chili garlic sauce

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a soup pot over medium-low heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté stirring constantly until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken broth, frozen vegetables, soy sauce, lime juice and green onions and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add the potstickers to the pot and bring the soup back to a boil.
  4. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Taste to adjust the seasoning.
  5. To serve, ladle the soup into bowls and top with a drizzle of sesame oil and fresh cilantro leaves. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
