Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz.) bag Ling Ling Potstickers, Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers
  • 10 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together until smooth. Stir in spinach, 1 cup cheddar, bacon, salt and pepper until combined.
  3. Place potstickers in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture over dumplings. Top with remaining cheddar.
  4. Bake until eggs are set and top is light golden-brown, about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Top with parsley. Slice and serve.
