- 1 lb. bowtie or fusilli pasta
- 1, 15-oz. container Frigo® Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup prepared pasta sauce or marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4-oz. (1/4, 1-lb. package) Frigo® Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook pasta in pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain in colander, shaking once or twice to drain completely. Return hot pasta to cooking pot.
