Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh Green Beans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Trim the ends off of the green beans.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Make sure that all of the green beans are covered with olive oil so they don’t dry out.
  • Spread beans onto a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. (If you want crunchier green beans bake until the edges brown.)
