- 1 small flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Chive
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp salsa
- 1 tsp chopped red onion or chives (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper
