  • 1 small flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup Hood® Cottage Cheese with Chive
  • 1/4 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp chopped red onion or chives (optional)
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions

  • Place tortilla on a plate.
  • Top with cottage cheese, beans, salsa and chopped red onion.
  • Finish with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve.
