Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsely

Recipe Directions

  • Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, garlic, & chopped parsley, 3 minutes or until softened.
  • Reduce heat to low and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley and heavy cream, let cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until softened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until desired thickness is reached.
