- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
- 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsely
- Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onions, garlic, & chopped parsley, 3 minutes or until softened.
- Reduce heat to low and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower Risotto Medley and heavy cream, let cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until softened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until desired thickness is reached.
