Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cascadian Farms Frozen Mango
  • 2 filets of salmon
  • 2 jalapeños, deseeded and diced
  • 1 handful cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix mango, jalapeños, cilantro, honey, lime, and red onion together and set aside.
  3. Line a baking sheet and add the salmon filets then brush with olive oil.
  4. Mix your paprika, garlic powder, salt, & pepper seasoning and season the salmon on top and the sides.
  5. Bake at 425F for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Remove the salmon, top with the mango jalapeño salsa, and enjoy!
