Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 slices toasted sourdough
  • 1 bulb garlic, sliced in half
  • 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Plant Based Cream Cheese
  • 4 chives, chopped

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Add your bulb of garlic to a sheet of foil and top with a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Seal with foil and place in the oven for 50 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, roasted garlic, and chives until well incorporated.
  4. Smear one side of each slice of toast with the cream cheese and top with heirloom tomatoes, black pepper, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!
