  • 1 package Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Crumbles
  • 2 cups Borden Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Water

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook onion, tomatoes, beans, sausage and taco seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  2. While the mixture is cooking, place the broken tortilla chips in a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover with a layer of 1 cup of cheese.
  3. Once the mixture has thickened, add the sausage mixture and top with the remaining cheese.

  5. Serve topped with sour cream and cilantro, for some added fun!
