- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 bag (10-oz.) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Chicken Flavored Rice, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, thawed
- 1 cup Birds Eye® Baby Broccoli Florets, thawed
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.
Add rice, peas, broccoli and soy sauce and cook until heated through. Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.
Serve with teriyaki shrimp and Birds Eye® Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts.
