- 3/4 cup Frigo® Ricotta cheese (whole milk or part-skim)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite jarred salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro (reserve some for garnish)
- Juice from 1/2 of a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together until combined, reserving a pinch of cilantro for garnish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
