Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
  • 1 (12-ounce) package marshmallows
  • 8 cups toasted rice cereal

Recipe Directions

  1. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in Dutch oven or 4-quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows; stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal; mix until well coated.
  3. Working quickly, spoon cereal mixture into prepared pan; press down evenly. Cool completely.
