Recipe Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cooked rice
  • 3/4 teaspoon sesame oil, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 roasted seaweed sheet
  • 6 Tyson Any'tizers Chicken Fries
  • 1 slice Korean pickled radish
  • 15 pieces of chives

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (205C).
  2. Prepare a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Arrange the Tyson Any'tizers Chicken Fries on the tray, making sure there’s ample space between each piece.
  3. Bake the chicken fries for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven then set aside to cool.
  4. Place cooked rice into a bowl then mix in salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
  5. Lay a sheet of roasted seaweed rigid side up onto a bamboo rolling mat. Wet your fingers with water then spread the rice on the seaweed 3/4 of the way to the top.
  6. Add the chicken fries, pickled radish, chives in the center of the rice. Lift the bamboo mat then roll, tuck and squeeze to tighten the rice roll.
  7. Brush the kimbap with a light coating of sesame oil.
  8. Slice, serve and enjoy!
