Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (16 oz.) box Mrs. T’s Mini 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Recipe Directions

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat. Add pierogies and cook until light golden-brown and fully cooked, about 8 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup water and remove from heat.
  2. Add cheese and toss to coat until cheese is melted and a smooth sauce forms, about 1 minute.
  3. Top with crushed red pepper flakes and basil. Serve and enjoy.
