- PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
- MIX together ground turkey, Borden® Mozzarella & Provolone Natural Shreds and garlic. Form mixture into four large patties. Grill patties until cheese oozes through center. Place patties in oven, and finish cooking until center reads 170° F on an internal meat thermometer. Place 1 slice of Borden® Mozzarella Natural Slices on each patty. Brush melted Borden® Butter onto ciabatta rolls. Grill rolls, buttered side down, until toasted.
- MIX together avocado, mayonnaise, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
- CHOP tomatoes, garlic and basil. Mix together with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
- ASSEMBLE patties, ciabatta rolls, avocado spread and bruschetta toast.
