Recipe Ingredients

BURGER:
• 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
• 8oz Borden® Mozzarella & Provolone Natural Shreds
• 6oz Borden® Mozzarella Natural Slices
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Borden® Butter, melted
• 4 ciabatta rolls
AVOCADO SPREAD:
• 2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp garlic salt
• Dash cayenne pepper
BRUSCHETTA:
• Frozen bruschetta or Texas toast
• 4 large tomatoes
• 1 tsp garlic, chopped
• 1/4 cup fresh basil, packed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions

  • PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
  • MIX together ground turkey, Borden® Mozzarella & Provolone Natural Shreds and garlic. Form mixture into four large patties. Grill patties until cheese oozes through center. Place patties in oven, and finish cooking until center reads 170° F on an internal meat thermometer. Place 1 slice of Borden® Mozzarella Natural Slices on each patty. Brush melted Borden® Butter onto ciabatta rolls. Grill rolls, buttered side down, until toasted.

AVOCADO SPREAD:

  • MIX together avocado, mayonnaise, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
  • BRUSCHETTA:
  • CHOP tomatoes, garlic and basil. Mix together with olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • ASSEMBLE patties, ciabatta rolls, avocado spread and bruschetta toast.
