- 1/4 cup Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lender's Plain Bagel
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 shallot, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 handful fresh basil
- Combine Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Combine tomato, shallot, garlic clove, salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Toast bagel to your liking. Top both sides with yogurt mixture, then top with bruschetta. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
