Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lender's Plain Bagel
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 shallot, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 handful fresh basil

Recipe Directions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Combine tomato, shallot, garlic clove, salt, black pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Toast bagel to your liking. Top both sides with yogurt mixture, then top with bruschetta. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
