Recipe Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Philadelphia® Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Darigold® Whole Cottage Cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for topping
- 2 BAYS® English Muffins
- 4 tablespoons of jam
- 2 tablespoons Land O’Lakes® Unsalted Butter
- Ground cinnamon, for topping
Recipe Directions
- Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese and confectioners' sugar in your food processor and pulse until combined. Spread the cut sides of the English Muffins with jam, then top with the cream cheese mixture and assemble, to make two sandwiches.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sandwiches and cook until golden and heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
- Let the sandwiches rest for 1 minute before serving. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cinnamon, cut in half and serve.
