Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz.) box SeaPak Butterfly Shrimp
  • 1 (18 oz.) box Bibigo Korean Style Fried Rice
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions

  1. Bake, fry, or air-fry the frozen shrimp according to package directions. Pan fry or microwave the rice according to package directions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add the cooked shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. Fill lettuce leaves with the shrimp and sprinkle with green onions. Serve alongside fried rice.
