Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 Country Hen Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1 Can Asparagus (cut into pieces)
  • Dash of Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Recipe Directions

  • Beat eggs and then add the cheese, asparagus, and pepper to the eggs.
  • Coat fry pan or large skillet with olive oil. Pour in egg mixture and cook at a medium temperature until bottom of frittata is golden brown.
  • Remove from stove top and place under broiler to set top of eggs
