- 6 Country Hen Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 Can Asparagus (cut into pieces)
- Dash of Black Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Beat eggs and then add the cheese, asparagus, and pepper to the eggs.
- Coat fry pan or large skillet with olive oil. Pour in egg mixture and cook at a medium temperature until bottom of frittata is golden brown.
- Remove from stove top and place under broiler to set top of eggs
