Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pound dry rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Daisy® Sour Cream Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 10 slices thick-cut bacon, roughly chopped
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups, 1/2-inch diced, English cucumber
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions

  1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Combine dip and milk in a large bowl. Add pasta, bacon, broccoli, tomatoes, peppers and cucumber, and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Tip: For a cheesy pasta salad, feel free to add 2 cups of small, cubed cheddar cheese!
